Student Tickets & More!

We offer different opportunities for students to attend Cleveland Jazz Orchestra concerts, as well as interact with CJO musicians.

Field Trips & Free Tickets

Students can attend CJO Season Series shows with their Band Directors as part of our Field Trip Experience. The students arrive early for a pre-concert talk with several CJO members, and they are treated to free seats to the show. These talks not only highlight the music that’s about to be performed, but may also cover making music professionally and the musical journeys of the CJO musicians.

In addition, ten-dollar student tickets are offered to all of our season series concerts at the Maltz Performing Arts Center.

The CJO Rehearsal Program

CJO will rehearse for Season Series concerts at high schools in the Northeast Ohio region, giving students the opportunity to watch up-close as the CJO sight-reads, discusses, and masters new materials for upcoming performances. Students are encouraged to ask questions, and work with, the CJO members, and are offered free tickets to the concert that is being rehearsed.
