Meet Jazz Legend Jimmy Heath
The Cleveland Jazz Orchestra and Tri-C JazzFest Cleveland invite you to meet jazz legend Jimmy Heath, Saturday, May 12 from11am – 12:30pm. Take part in a master class demo and an interview of Jimmy Heath by CJO Artistic Director Sean Jones. The event will be held at the Tri-C Metropolitan Campus, Tommy LiPuma Center for the Creative Arts, Room 310.

Paul Ferguson, CJO’s gifted arranger and Associate Artistic Director, leads the CJO in its third annual tribute to Gershwin, Arlen, Bernstein and other Great American Songbook composers, plus modern arrangements of ancient Sephardic melodies. The icing on this cake: sassy, swinging chanteuse Helen Welch.
